Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (software, presets, templates, project files), which are instantly downloadable and cannot be "returned," all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, inability to use the product due to hardware/software limitations (please check requirements before purchase), or accidental purchases.

2. Exceptions

We may offer a refund or exchange at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • Technical Fault: The product file is corrupted or technically defective and we are unable to provide a working solution within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Freelance Services

For custom freelance motion graphics and design services:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel a project before work has commenced for a full refund. Once work has begun, the initial deposit/advance is non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Refunds for completed work are generally not offered once the final files have been delivered and accepted. Revisions are provided as per the agreed contract scope.
