1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Nadeer MP acting under the brand name Nadeer Frames ("we," "us" or "our"), a freelance motion graphic designer and visual artist based in Malappuram, Kerala, India, concerning your access to and use of the nadeerframes.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nadeer Frames and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Digital Products License: Regarding the digital assets (presets, templates, project files) purchased from our store:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal and commercial projects.
You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the original files or modified versions of the files as standalone assets.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking via our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Nadeer Frames and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
