1. Digital Delivery

Nadeer Frames primarily sells digital products (Intro templates, LUTS, Overlays, etc.).These products are delivered electronically via email or direct download link immediately after successful payment.

There is NO physical shipping or delivery of these items.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Instant Download: Most products are available for download immediately on the "Thank You" or "Order Confirmation" page.
• Email Delivery: You will also receive an email with the download link within 5-10 minutes of purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.

3. Issues with Delivery

If you have not received your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your Order ID, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. Shipping Costs

Since all products are digital downloads, there are zero shipping costs.
